Very happy with the quality of the cz in this earring - and, overall design makes it a perfect choice for a higher on the lobe earring for an adult or for a child. Two reasons for that - the size of the post and the style used for the screw back. First, the post size is just enough shorter to avoid poking out unattractively and poking into the neck. Second, the type of screw back and the threads on the post allow the wearer to easily tighten the earring as necessary for both wearability and for comfort. This is a win/win earring. Had the Seller offered these same earrings in larger mm and other birthstone colors, I would have bought them. Very well made earring. Thank you!
