Very disappointed with this product. As you can see by my picture the hook on one of the earrings is a totally different colour. It's almost copper. As is the coiling on the same earring. I question if this is genuine silver? Also as you can see from my other picture there is damage to the trunk of the tree. Like a chip of metal is missing, this is indicated by the black mark. Very hard, if not impossible to get hold of amazon to replace this. Also returns would be to America which make me question whether it would be worth it. This was a birthday present for a relative, and I'm very disappointed with how it has arrived. All in all a total waste of money.
